GREEN Enterprise Solutions (Green), a local information and communication technologies (ICT) company, has announced the onboarding of interns across various departments, including Software Development, Administration, Finance, and Project Management.
Green revealed that three of the interns are stationed in the Erongo Region, while ten are interning at the company’s main office in Windhoek. The interns are expected to receive extensive, hands-on training within their respective departments. The company revealed that the internships will last between three and six months, potentially longer, depending on the intern’s performance and the stipulations of the internship guide.
“By providing a robust internship programme, we have created a nurturing environment that supports and trains these bright young professionals, who will drive innovation and growth within the Namibian ICT sector,” said Kehad Snydewel, Managing Director of Green.
Green explained that the internship programme is structured to provide practical, real-world experience, equipping young Namibian professionals for dynamic careers in ICT and beyond. The company emphasised that the programme aligns with its commitment to capacity building, aiming to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application.
“Our goal is to equip these interns with the required skills and experiences, ensuring they are well-prepared to tackle the challenges of tomorrow,” Snydewel said.
