Business Analyst
Brief Overview of the Position
Business Analysts play a crucial role in ensuring successful software projects by bridging stakeholder expectations and development teams.
The Business Analyst determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. The role works independently with users to define concepts and under the direction of project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and specifications from stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
- Create detailed specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Document current and future state business processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, map interactions, and propose improvements aligned with business goals.
- Develop test plans and test case scripts, execute test cases, and report defects and issues.
- Develop training manuals, deliver user training, and collect feedback.
minimum requirements
- At least three years of industry experience in Business Analysis
- At least a four-year Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a similar field.
- Certification in Business Analysis.
- Certification in Data Analytics tools is preferred.
- Strong skills in data analysis and requirements elicitation.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in English.
